Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Shipped via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, especially for international orders. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our water sports equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (including engraved paddles)
  • Products marked as “final sale”
  • Used or damaged water sports gear
  • Fishing Gear with signs of use
  • Opened packages of Mesh and Bungee Cords

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 1076 Foster Street, Alameda, US 94502

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship using a trackable method to our return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you about the approval status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Specify the replacement item you’d like in your initial email
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the additional amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
